gaming, badminton filled vacation
During the National Day holiday, as usual, I stayed at home, spending time with my family and resting, playing games and playing badminton. From my current state, doing these activities is very comfortable and relaxing.
I changed to a metal retainer, now I only need to wear it at night when sleeping, and during the day, I can free my teeth.
During the holiday, I have been playing For The King to pass the time, a good game to kill time.
Before leaving, I bought a Marshall Stanmore III to put at home, so that my parents can listen to podcasts or play music. I received it an hour before departure and played with it a little. But for myself, it seems that I am temporarily not interested in these things, I just listen to the sound.

Including my leave, I had a total of 9 days off, and when I come back, I will have to work continuously for 6 days. On the first day of work, I will go on a business trip, so it will be a busy day. Now I feel a bit lazy, in the past, I would schedule my business trips very tightly, wanting to complete the tasks as soon as possible. I guess it was driven by curiosity and passion before...
On the first weekend, I arranged for 2 days of early badminton. The advantage of playing early badminton is that I won't sleep in, it adds an extra day of time. After playing in the morning, I can shower, eat lunch, and still have plenty of time in the afternoon and evening to do what I want. In the past, I would only wake up close to noon, and then play badminton in the evening, which means that only the afternoon was my free time.
In the first week, I broke two strings... and then I bought a new racket, Xiao Dai's platinum claw, which looks really nice.
The second week also had two early badminton sessions. On Saturday, I went back to school to participate in a competition and luckily won the championship, so I got a free racket.
On Sunday morning, I also arranged for an early badminton session, and after playing, I went to the north of the city for the afternoon session. This afternoon session can be considered a social game, with no real competition, but it was a good opportunity for me to take a break and catch up with friends.
So far, I haven't slept in for 20 consecutive days, but the high-intensity badminton has taken a toll on my body. The massage therapist noticed that my waist feels different on both sides when pressed 😅
Now I only have one racket left that hasn't broken a string, so I plan to take a break for a while and "slack off" since the weather is getting colder, and just focus on exercising at home.
